Never. SikaDNA never asks for your bank login credentials, internet banking passwords, or Mobile Money PIN. It works passively from the standard transaction receipt alerts already sent to your phone.
Does SikaDNA upload my personal SMS messages or OTP codes to the cloud?+
No. All SMS parsing happens 100% locally on your physical phone. Personal messages and OTP/2FA verification codes are ignored immediately on-device and never leave your phone.
How does SikaDNA handle money sent to me that is meant for someone else?+
When someone sends you money via MoMo or deposits cash at an agent for you to pay a landlord, artisan, or utility bill, SikaDNA flags it as "Money in Transit." Both the inflow and the payout are paired and excluded from your personal income and expenses.
