We build software that respects your financial sovereignty. SikaDNA is engineered from the ground up as a local-first, privacy-by-design application where raw SMS text never leaves your physical device.
1. How SikaDNA Works: 100% On-Device SMS Ingestion
Unlike cloud-scraping apps that upload your inbox to remote servers:
- Local-Only Parsing: SikaDNA reads and parses your Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) and commercial bank SMS notifications strictly inside your phone's local memory.
- Zero Raw SMS Uploads: SikaDNA NEVER uploads your raw SMS messages, sender phone numbers, contact lists, or OTPs to Supabase, cloud servers, or external AI prompts.
- Sensitive Auth Shield: Messages containing OTPs, PINs, 2FA verification codes, or passwords are automatically dropped in 0ms before any parser regex executes.
2. Structured Metadata We Synchronize
To provide cross-device backup, 4-quadrant Net Worth, and Daily Safe-to-Spend pacing, SikaDNA stores only sanitized, structured metadata in your private PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) vault:
- Sanitized Transactions: Principal amount, service fee, normalized merchant name, atomic category, and timestamp.
- Account Balances: Latest running balance per institution (Law 1 Ground Truth).
- Hardware Keystore Isolation: Your 4-digit security PIN and biometric keys reside exclusively in your phone's hardware SecureStore/Keystore.
3. Data Sovereignty & Instant Nuclear Wipe
We never sell, rent, or share your financial telemetry with lenders, credit bureaus, or ad networks. At any time inside the app Settings—or via our public /delete-account portal—you can trigger an immediate, irreversible purge of your cloud ledger or entire user account.
